We know visiting a church for the first time can be an overwhelming experience. Let us take the worry out of what to expect when you arrive. Filling out this form will do a few things for you: First, it will let us know to expect you. We don't want you to have to figure it all out by yourself. We'll have someone ready to meet you at the door with a smile when you get here. They'll show you around, help you figure out where everything is, and take the guesswork out of your visit. Second, if you have children we understand how hectic Sunday mornings can be. By filling out this form you can also pre-register your children from newborns to Fifth grade for Transformation Kids. This will simplify the check-in process and save you time. Once you submit this form your children will automatically be loaded into our check-in system so you don't have to worry about all the extra time it takes when you may be in a rush to get into worship.
